1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders across India.
We partner with trusted and reliable courier services (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas (including North East, J&K, etc.): 7-12 business days
Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances affecting our delivery partners.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vermadeepak8079@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number. Mami & Bhanji is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional shipping cost to be borne by you.
5. Damages During Shipping
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. You are required to email us within 48 hours of delivery with a full, unedited unboxing video to be eligible for a replacement.
